The Fredericksburg AARP Chapter is a non-government, non-partisan, non-profit organization. Membership is open to all National AARP members.
Our next meeting will be on TUESDAY OCTOBER 1, 2019 at 9:30am at Chancellor's Village.
If you are 50 years of age or older, you are eligible to join the National AARP.
Then you can join our Local Chapter.
To Serve, Not To Be Served.
In addition to monthly meetings with guest speakers and special events, our chapter participates in community service projects and supports other local non-profit organizations.

HUNGER & HOMELESSNESS
COOKING AT THE BRISBEN CENTER
Several times each year, the chapter purchases food and members gather at the Brisben Center, our local homeless shelter, to cook and serve a meal.
MEALS FOR HOMELESS VETERANS
Chapter members work with our local Disabled American Veterans chapter to prepare and serve breakfast to homeless veterans.
What age defines a person as a senior? We have seen it as anywhere between 50 & 70. Through our contributions and volunteering, we think our chapter works to support people of all ages.
